How it Works

Pick an appointment date and time that works with your schedule and follow the prompts to secure your booking.

You will receive an email or text confirming your appointment with instructions on how to access the software used for bidding your schedule.

A reminder will be sent at least 24 hours before your appointment will begin.

On the day of your appointment, a PBS bidding expert will remotely access your computer with your permission.

During the appointment, the expert will build you a schedule based on your days off, trips you want, your individual needs and seniority.

Passwords are NEVER given to the PBS experts.
